Vegfest 2023 Youth Volunteers

Thank you for volunteering. This sign-up form is for volunteers aged 18 and under, so it is designed primarily for high school students. College students and other adults will find more options on our adult volunteer sign up page.
All volunteer shifts listed are located at the Washington State Fairgrounds in Puyallup.
Online training will be available a few days before the event. Taking this ahead of time will save you time at the event.
The times for each shift include 30-45 mins for check-in, t-shirts and training. If you're able to do more than one 4.5 hr shift on the same day, it is best to choose shifts which overlap by 30-45 mins. Your supervisor will give you a short break in the middle of the day.
If you're flexible on when you can volunteer, choose ALL the shifts you can make, and specify a maximum number of hours to volunteer in the form below. We'll assign you where we most need help, and send you a separate email to confirm.
We hope we don't have to, but we reserve the right to reassign you or to reject your volunteer application if necessary.
